Services
With your membership, you receive a number of benefits, subject to the terms and conditions below:
- 10% Cash Back and Free Shipping Rebates at Family of Brands Retailers
- 5% Cash Back and Shipping Rebates of up to $10 per Order at Marketplace Retailers
- Up to $10 in Return Shipping Rebates per Order
Your membership is non-transferable. Your benefits are available only to you and your immediate family. “Immediate family" means you, your spouse or partner and your children living in your home who are permanent residents and at least 18 years old. There is a limit of one membership per household. In addition, membership benefits are only available to personal, non-commercial purchasers. Any order that is deemed a commercial (non-personal) use or high-volume/reseller order, at our sole discretion, will not be eligible for membership benefits.
Family of Brands Retailers
As a Catalog Classics VIP Insider, you can claim 10% cash back and unlimited free shipping rebates on every purchase you make at participating Family of Brands Retailers during your active membership. Purchases made at the following retailers are eligible for 10% cash back and free shipping rebates:
- Acorn
- Bas Bleu
- Daedalus
- Signals
- Support Plus
- What on Earth
To claim your free shipping rebates online:
Complete your purchase online as you normally would. Your cash back will automatically be applied to your Savings Center and a cash back check will be mailed to you within 3-6 weeks — no need to submit a claim.
If you paid for shipping, submit your shipping rebate request by clicking “Rebates” from the navigation menu on CatalogClassicsVIPInsider.com. Just select “Shipping” as your rebate type in Step 1, click Next and fill out and submit the electronic rebate form.
Send us proof-of-purchase documentation. All documentation must be unaltered. Valid forms of proof-of-purchase include:
- An order confirmation page listing the sales date, items purchased, purchase amount, and shipping charge
- An order confirmation email
- A packing slip listing the sales date, items purchased, purchase amount, and shipping charge
Email your proof-of-purchase documentation, along with your claim number (for online submissions only), to Rebates@CatalogClassicsVIPInsider.com.
To claim your free shipping rebates offline:
Complete your purchase as you normally would. Your cash back will automatically be applied to your Savings Center.
If you paid for shipping, submit your shipping rebate request by filling out and mailing in the “Family of Brands Shipping Rebate” form included in your Welcome Booklet. (You can order additional forms by calling 888-702-0734.)

Once received, we will verify and process your claims and mail you a check within 3-6 weeks. Rebates must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
Marketplace
As a member, you also receive 5% cash back and up to $10 in shipping rebates when you shop at any of the retailers or grocery brands in our Marketplace. This 5% cash back is based on your order amount (excluding shipping, handling, and taxes). You can earn up to $1,000 cash back and up to $500 in shipping rebates every membership year by shopping through the Marketplace!
For an online purchase to qualify for 5% cash back, you must shop through the links provided in the “Marketplace” section of the Catalog Classics VIP Insider website. To get to the Marketplace section, log onto the CatalogClassicsVIPInsider.com website, click "Shop" from the navigation menu, and click "All Brands" from the drop-down. By shopping through these links, cash back will automatically be applied to your Savings page and a cash back check will be mailed to you within 3-6 weeks. If you did not shop through the links at CatalogClassicsVIPInsider.com, you can submit a cash back rebate claim online by visiting the “Rebates” page.
For a phone or in-store purchase to qualify for 5% cash back, you must make the purchase at one of the select list of eligible retailers provided in your Welcome Booklet or listed in the “Marketplace” section of the Catalog Classics VIP Insider website. To get to the Marketplace section, log onto the CatalogClassicsVIPInsider.com website, click "Shop" from the navigation menu, and click "All Brands" from the drop-down. You must submit a rebate form with a valid proof-of-purchase either online or through the mail.
For grocery purchases to qualify for 5% cash back, make your purchase at an eligible grocery brand in the Marketplace. You can make your grocery purchase in-store or online through the Marketplace links. After your purchase, submit a rebate claim with your dated proof-of-purchase documentation. Please refer to the “How to Submit a Rebate” section for details. Please note that shipping rebates are not available for in-store pickup fees on grocery purchases. To view participating grocery brands, visit the “Groceries & Household Supplies” category in the Marketplace and look for brands that are labeled with a “Rebate Required” tag.
To submit a claim online, please visit the “Rebates” page on CatalogClassicsVIPInsider.com, select the type of rebate you would like to request, and fill out and submit the electronic rebate form.
To submit a claim through the mail, fill out and mail in the “Marketplace Rebate” form included in your Welcome Booklet, and unaltered proof-of-purchase documentation.
Valid forms of proof-of-purchase include:
- An order confirmation page listing the sales date, items purchased, purchase amount, and shipping charge
- A packing slip listing the sales date, items purchased, purchase amount, and shipping charge
- A sales receipt listing the sales date, items purchased, and purchase amount
Any orders returned or cancelled are not eligible for 5% cash back. The 5% cash back is valid on merchandise only. To view a specific retailer’s restrictions, please visit that retailer’s brand page in the Marketplace. Additional restrictions may be imposed by each participating retailer.
5% Cash Back on Travel
As a member, you receive 5% cash back on travel reservations when you book with an eligible merchant in the Marketplace. This 5% is based on the total cost of your reservation before taxes, fees and other additional charges are included. Cash back on travel reservations is paid out after your trip is complete and payment has been processed by the merchant you booked with. Then, your earnings will be applied to your Savings Center and included in your next savings check.
To earn 5% cash back on your travel reservations, visit the Travel & Vacations category on your Marketplace page and click any travel merchant listed. Then, click through the links to visit the merchant’s website and make your reservation in the new browser tab that opens.
For travel reservations made offline or outside the program’s website, simply submit a rebate claim with your proof of purchase documentation to earn 5% cash back.
Maximum savings from 5% cash back on Marketplace orders is $1,000 per membership year, including cash back earnings from travel reservations. Maximum savings on Marketplace shipping rebates per membership year is $500.
One purchase per retailer or grocery brand per day is eligible for 5% cash back.
Purchases of gift cards and money orders, as well as purchases using a retailer’s bill-pay service, are not eligible for 5% cash back.

Return Shipping
As a Catalog Classics VIP Insider, you can claim return shipping rebates on your orders.
Your purchases are eligible for up to $10 in return shipping rebates. You are eligible for up to $500 in return shipping rebates every membership year, subject to the following terms and conditions:
To submit a return shipping rebate claim via regular mail, you must first complete a “Return Shipping Rebate” form and provide details of your purchase and shipping charge documentation.

- Send your completed “Return Shipping Rebate” form, along with your purchase and shipping charge documentation, to:

To submit a return shipping rebate claim online, visit the “Rebates” page on CatalogClassicsVIPInsider.com, select “Return Shipping” as your rebate type in Step 1, click Next to fill out the form, and follow the instructions.
Provide two forms of documentation with your rebate claim: a valid proof-of-purchase and a return shipping charge receipt (see below for documentation options).
Valid forms of proof-of-purchase must include any of the following unaltered documents listing the sales date, items purchased, and purchase amount:
- An order confirmation page; or
- An order confirmation email; or
- A packing slip
Valid forms of return shipping receipt must include any of the following unaltered documents listing the date and return shipping charge:
- The shipping receipt or a copy of the return label with cost and tracking number; or
- Return confirmation from the retailer, including the refund amount.
Rebate claims must be submitted within 60 days of the original order date. You must be an active member on the date of the original order.
Only one return shipping rebate claim can be made per each original order. Catalog Classics VIP Insider return shipping rebates are available only for purchases that are not covered by the specific retailer’s return shipping policy. If the retailer’s policy is to pay for return shipping on an item purchased by a Catalog Classics VIP Insider, that item is not eligible for a Catalog Classics VIP Insider return shipping rebate.
Insurance coverage for return shipping of the item is not provided under the program.
